How long will my order take?

Everything is made to order. Each order is produced within 4-7 business days before shipping. Delivery takes 4-7 business days in the United States and 7-21 business days International. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or external factors beyond our control. If it is a Christmas gift, the earlier you order, the better.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is a $5.99 flat rate, and free on orders over $65. For Canadian orders, any import duties or taxes charged by the carrier are the customer's responsibility.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships you get a confirmation email with a tracking link. If tracking has not updated in 7 days, email us and we will chase it down.

What comes in a kit?

Our diamond art kits come with a numbered map, sorted gems with spares, and the tools to press them in. Each product page lists exactly what is in the box.

Do I need any experience?

No. Match the gem to the number and press it in. No glue and no paint needed for our diamond art kits.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email hello@merrycrafted.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If the item is wrong, or damaged in transit or before it reached you, we will send a replacement or a full refund. Damage caused after the kit has been opened and used is not covered. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

How can I pay?

Checkout is through PayPal. After you click Pay now, PayPal opens in a secure window so you can pay with your PayPal account or a card.
