Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada.

What it costs

$6.95 flat rate. Free on orders over $75.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes about 15 days from the day you order.

We know that is longer than Amazon. We are a small shop, our pieces are made in small runs, and we would rather be honest about the timeline than surprise you.

The Christmas cutoff: December 5

If you want it under the tree, order by December 5.

That is not a marketing deadline - it is the real math. Orders placed after December 5 are very unlikely to arrive before the 25th, and we will not take your money pretending otherwise.

After December 5 you can still order. We will just be upfront that it is arriving for next season, and you will see that clearly at checkout.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If tracking has not updated in 7 days, email us and we will chase it down.
