Refund policy

30-day returns

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, opened or not. You do not need to give a reason.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@merrycrafted.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once the return is received and checked, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. No need to send the item back unless we ask.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the design or size you want.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
