Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders of $65 or more.
- Standard shipping: $6.95 on orders under $65.
Delivery time
Orders are packed within 1β3 business days. Transit is typically 8β12 business days after that. You receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel ships.
Christmas orders
Order by December 2 for the best chance of arrival before Christmas. Carriers slow down in December, so we cannot guarantee a delivery date; ordering earlier is safer.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, email hello@merrycrafted.com and we will look into it.
Duties and taxes
For Canadian orders, any import duties or taxes charged by the carrier are the customer's responsibility.
