30-day returns

If something is not right, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right - refund or replacement, your choice.

Damaged in transit

Send us a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we will not ask you to ship the damaged item back.

Did not arrive in time for Christmas?

If you ordered before our December 5 cutoff and it did not arrive by December 24, email us. Full refund, and you keep the item when it lands.

That is our promise for ordering on time.
